McWane Ductile

McWane Ductile is an American manufacturer of ductile iron pipe and waterworks products, tracing its origins to 1871, when C.P. McWane entered the foundry business in Lynchburg, Virginia. McWane Cast Iron Pipe Company was started in 1921, and the broader McWane organization was formed in 1977, later incorporating Pacific States, Atlantic States, Clow Water Systems and Canada Pipe. Today the company employs over 900 people and is recognized as one of the most experienced manufacturers of ductile iron pipe in the country.

From its modern facilities, McWane Ductile produces 3-inch to 36-inch ductile iron pressure pipe, including Tyton joint, TR Flex restrained joint, mechanical joint, fabricated flange, ball and socket, long-span and Permaloy pipes, together with gaskets, linings, coatings and V-Bio polyethylene encasement. The company supports customers with an online submittal builder, installation guides, training and engineering and technical support for treatment plants and distribution systems.
