Thai Malleable Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (TMIS) was founded in Thailand in 1967 to fill the gap left by the absence of locally produced pipe fittings, with the objective of manufacturing high quality products at economical prices for Thai customers. From 1970 onward the company expanded beyond the domestic market and began exporting to major countries around the world.

Today TMIS has grown into a large and efficient organization within a group of companies engaged in manufacturing and distributing a variety of quality castings. Its product range includes black and galvanized malleable iron pipe fittings in Classes 150 and 300, bronze pipe fittings and other castings produced to customer OEM requirements, with high grade malleable cast iron pipe fittings as its hallmark product line.
