Welded Tube of Canada

Welded Tube of Canada, founded in 1970 and headquartered in Concord, Ontario, is a diversified steel pipe and tube producer with an annual production capacity of 700,000 tons. The company owns and operates five manufacturing and finishing facilities across Canada and the United States, with around one million square feet of North American manufacturing and ancillary space, positioning it to serve the North American marketplace.

Its three divisions are Energy Tubulars, producing API oil country tubular goods including casing and proprietary connections, Hollow Structural Sections, and Mechanical ERW tube in cold formed carbon and HSLA steels. Welded Tube was the first steel tubular producer in North America to be ISO registered, and holds a range of product certifications. Delivery performance is supported by industry-leading logistics through a wholly owned transportation company and an automated warehouse and distribution facility enabling rapid loading of customer trucks.
