Al-Mutawa Group is one of the well-known family business groups in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It traces its origins to 1948, when Shaikh Abdullah H. Al-Mutawa founded his establishment for general contracting in Dammam, soon adding general trading. His sons converted the establishment into a company in 1988, and in 2011 the diversified business lines were organized as independent subsidiaries under Al-Mutawa Group Company.

Today the group operates from its corporate headquarters in Dammam with coverage across all Saudi provinces. Its industrial sector includes Advanced Measuring Industrial Instruments Company (AMI ELITE) for industrial instrumentation, alongside subsidiaries in construction, facility management, MEP services, IT, trading, medical supply and agriculture. With a workforce of more than 2,000 and over 1,000 clients, the group maintains a QMS-based quality policy and serves many of the country's most prestigious companies.
