Advanced Engineering Valves, headquartered in Verviers, Belgium, makes torque-seated, friction-free zero-leakage ball valves for cryogenic and severe service isolation. Its breakthrough C-ball design serves LNG liquefaction and shipping, oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical plants. Emerson acquired the company in December 2018 and markets it as AEV, pairing it with the Vanessa triple-offset range to cover critical low-temperature isolation across the LNG value chain.
