Ashfield Springs Ltd is a financially independent, family-owned British spring manufacturer based in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire, formed by Terry Smith and Gordon Chatterton-Greenwood and manufacturing springs since 1983. The company produces compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, wireforms, die springs, hose protection, and stock springs in a purpose-built factory designed to allow the most orders to flow seamlessly through all stages of production, supplying OEMs across Europe, the USA, India, and China with over 40 years of experience as an A-class supplier.

Its quality management system is approved to BS EN ISO 9001 and its environmental system to BS EN ISO 14001. Ashfield Springs is a member of the United Kingdom Spring Manufacturers Association, the Institute of Spring Technology, the British Fluid Power Association, and the British Valve and Actuators Association.
