Auto Steel and Rubber Industries Private Limited (ASRI) is a Pune-headquartered Indian rubber products manufacturer with a history dating to 1966, when it started as Auto Steel Industries at Bhosari Industrial Estate, Poona, with a small machine shop and two rubber presses. Converted into a private limited company in 1995, ASRI manufactures O-rings and seals, A.V. mountings, bellows and CV boots, hoses, rubber-to-metal bonded components, and custom moulded rubber products for automotive and non-automotive applications.

By 2000 the company had developed more than 15,000 import substitution rubber products and was supplying OEMs with over 700 products, beginning exports in 2001 in compliance with REACH and RoHS requirements. Its compounding, moulding, and R&D facilities are staffed by engineers, rubber chemists, and technicians experienced in formulating compounds to critical specifications, serving the railway, automotive, aerospace, and oil and gas industries.
