BEL Valves

BEL Valves, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, has designed and manufactured high-integrity valves, actuators and controls for subsea, surface and onshore applications since 1964. The company is part of the British Engines Group, established in 1922, whose member companies share an integrated manufacturing supply chain and engineering apprenticeship programs.

Product lines include subsea ball, gate, check, needle and double block and bleed valves, plus a rotary disc valve design; surface check and gate valves; and onshore gate, globe and check valves in sizes from half inch to 56 inches and pressure classes from 150 lb to 15,000 psi. BEL has delivered solution-led design firsts such as eccentric ball valves for sandy service, subsea HIPPS solutions and HP/HT ultra-deep water valves, and has achieved Fit for Hydrogen and CCUS status. In-house teams cover engineering, testing, non-destructive inspection, painting, assembly and aftermarket service worldwide.
