BF Kogyo Co., Ltd. is a Japanese valve pioneer founded on July 31, 1939, and the first company in Japan to develop the sealed-type butterfly valve. Headquartered in Tokyo with a factory in Ibaraki, the company manufactures and sells a wide range of butterfly valves and butterfly dampers of high performance and high quality, earning high evaluations not only in Japan but also in the Middle East and Asian countries.

Its butterfly valves serve applications from general industrial use to nuclear power plant equipment, various tankers, and steelworks exposed to severe environments. Butterfly dampers incorporating control valve technology handle high temperature, high pressure, high flow velocity, high air tightness, and corrosion resistance, with a broad lineup for precise control of special fluids. BF Kogyo holds ISO 9001 certification together with approvals from the Japan Marine Standards Association and the ABS, BV, DNV, and LR class societies, and employs approximately 40 people.
