Bucher Unipektin

Bucher Unipektin, part of the Bucher Industries group with more than 200 years of heritage, supplies machines for the food, beverage and environmental industries from Switzerland and through companies in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany and Spain. The business employs around 700 people at 10 locations worldwide and sees itself as a long-term industrial partner to its customers.

Its business areas cover complete fruit juice plants with reception areas, grinders and crushers, presses, extractors, filtration plants and evaporators, beer filtration systems, industrial vacuum and freeze dryers for instant products, and sludge dewatering presses for environmental and drinking water applications. More than 1,500 HPX presses are installed worldwide, and own sales and service organizations across Europe, Russia, Mexico, New Zealand and China guarantee quick customer support.
