CEPAI Group, located in the Jinhu Economic Development Zone of Jiangsu Province, China, was established in January 2009 with registered capital of 100 million yuan and a 56,000 square meter manufacturing campus. It is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a National Specialized and Innovative Little Giant enterprise, operating Jiangsu provincial-level engineering research centers for fluid control and a CNAS-accredited laboratory.

The group researches, develops and manufactures oil and gas drilling and production wellhead equipment, pipeline valves, wellhead valves, control valves and instrumentation. Its sleeve-type control valves, choke valves, high-pressure dual-plate check valves, emergency shutdown valves and eccentric rotary valves are exported to major oilfield service and engineering companies worldwide. CEPAI holds API Q1, API 6A, API 6D, API 16C and API 602 certifications together with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 3834, ISO 17025 and CE approvals, and operates a cloud factory platform for supply chain collaboration.
