Chin Ray Industrial Co., Ltd., established in 1993 in Chiayi County, Taiwan, is a specialized manufacturer of gearless design diaphragm pressure gauges marketed under the Hafner brand. By replacing conventional Bourdon tube mechanisms with an innovative diaphragm structure that contains no pinion or gears, the company's gauges offer greater endurance against sudden pressure, improved shock resistance, accuracy and extended service life. Annual sales volume has grown to millions of pieces of pressure gauges.

The product range serves diverse applications, including tire pressure gauges, mini air compressors, tire inflators, cylinder diagnostic tools, floor pumps, pneumatic hand tools, medical facilities, and plumbing and pipe test gauges for building construction. In 2015 the company launched a three-in-one tire inflator combining pressure measurement, inflation and deflation with its diaphragm gauge.
