Cornell Pump Company

Cornell Pump Company, LLC, based in Clackamas, Oregon, has been Efficient by Design since its founding in 1946, when five people working at Pacific Pump Company decided to head out on their own. With a complete service department, they knew the most common pump failures, and in 1949 the company designed and manufactured the Rain-O-Flow irrigation pumps, irrigation specific models created to solve the problems seen in its repair shop.

Today Cornell Pump is an industry leader in centrifugal pumps for agriculture, industrial, mining, municipal, oil and gas, and rental applications, with strengths that extend to refrigeration, food processing, water transfer and self-priming pumps. Privately held with 201 to 500 employees, the company also runs pump schools for farmers and customers, reflecting its service oriented origins and commitment to efficient pump design.
