DAFRAM is an Italian ball valve manufacturer founded in 1956 by Dr. Delio Chiavari and rooted in the Marche region, where it designs and produces valves for the energy sector. A pioneer of the PTFE-seated ball valve in the late 1950s, the company opened its first Petriolo plant in 1962, later added an Urbisaglia facility with ISO 9001 certification and trunnion valve production, and expanded internationally through the 1990s to become a globally recognised industrial player.

Today DAFRAM works alongside EPCs, operators and contractors across the entire project lifecycle in the oil and gas sector, and has invested in decarbonisation skills to act as a strategic partner for the energy transition. Its history reflects continuous investment, CNC-based manufacturing since the late 1970s and specialist expertise in valves for critical applications.
