Fouress Engineering (India) Pvt. Ltd., based in the Peenya Industrial Area in Bangalore, is the flagship company of the Fouress Group and a leading supplier of flow control devices for the power, water, wastewater, steel, oil and gas, refinery and petrochemical sectors in India. The company commenced operations in 1962 with the manufacture of carbon steel industrial valves at Thane, signed its first foreign collaboration agreement in 1973 with renowned valve manufacturers in the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Japan, and has since established eight factories in India, including at Bangalore, Aurangabad, Chennai and Baroda.

Specializing in custom-engineered valves and gas-tight isolators for water, steam and gas applications, its range covers penstock protection valves, turbine inlet and triple eccentric butterfly valves, spherical valves for hydro power plants, knife gate valves, guillotine isolators, multi louvre dampers and diverter dampers. Products serve hydro, thermal and nuclear power, irrigation, water treatment, metallurgy, cement, naval and marine, and process industries, with supplies to projects in over 50 countries across 6 continents.
