Haseeb Waqas Engineering Ltd. is the heavy engineering unit of the Haseeb Waqas Group of Companies, a major industrial group in Pakistan established in late 1992 under the chairmanship of Mian Mehraj Din. Founded by Mian Ilyas Mehraj, a mechanical engineer qualified in the UK, the company engages in detailed engineering design, fabrication and erection projects across the country's industrial sectors, covering feasibility studies, engineering procurement, manufacturing, site erection, commissioning and annual turnarounds.

Its manufacturing capabilities include industrial plants and machinery such as sugar mills, Portland and white cement plants, equipment for hydro-electric and thermal power plants, sulphuric acid plants, industrial alcohol plants, oil and gas processing plants, and chemical and petrochemical plants. Regular products also include boilers, cranes, construction machinery, steel structures and railway equipment.
