HNP Mikrosysteme GmbH, founded in 1998 and headquartered in Schwerin, Germany, develops, produces and distributes pumps worldwide that dose small and smallest liquid quantities with extreme precision. Its product range comprises five series of micro annular gear pumps (mzr), including high-performance, hermetically inert, Ex-rated, low-pressure, modular and magnetically hermetic versions.

The pumps achieve dosing volumes from 0.25 microliters, volume flows from 1 microliter per hour up to 1152 milliliters per minute, and pressures from 0 to a maximum of 150 bar. They feature low weight, compact design, low pulsation, long service life, low dead volume and shear-sensitive delivery. Complementary dosing systems, filters, mixers, sensors and controls support applications in life science, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, mechanical engineering and medical and analytical technology. Around 90 employees work at the Schwerin site, supported by distribution partners across Europe, Asia and North America.
