Hytrans Systems B.V., founded in 1964 and based in Lemmer, the Netherlands, is the world's largest developer and manufacturer of mobile water transport systems for emergency response and disaster control. In the early 1980s the company introduced the HydroSub, a diesel-powered, hydraulically driven submersible floating pump system, later expanding into the Hytrans Fire System, a globally recognized large-scale firefighting solution.

With more than 35 years of experience in this field, over 40 distributors worldwide and more than 1300 systems installed, Hytrans is the global benchmark for high-capacity mobile water transport. Its systems are used by fire brigades, civil defense and emergency services for large-scale and industrial firefighting, flood and wildfire control, cooling of nuclear or chemical installations, oil spill response, dewatering and emergency water supply, complemented by hose handling systems, flood modules, foam injection equipment and training courses.
