IMI Orton

IMI Orton supplies reliable butterfly valve technologies for high-integrity isolation, shut-off and control across demanding energy and process applications. The range includes triple eccentric, double eccentric, cryogenic and concentric rubber-lined designs, customisable to specific requirements and testable up to 120 inch, ASME class 2500 and extreme temperatures from -196°C to 700°C.

Triple eccentric, also known as triple offset, metal-seated valves deliver friction-free operation with zero-leakage shut-off and extended valve life in high-pressure, high-temperature duties, serving energy, LNG, petrochemical and process plants. Cryogenic designs provide low-temperature sealing for safe, reliable shut-off in LNG, hydrogen, oxygen and industrial gas applications, while double eccentric soft-seated valves offer low-torque, bi-directional sealing for water, process and utility lines. Rubber-lined construction resists corrosion and wear in water, seawater, desalination and aggressive media service.
