JDV Control Valves was founded by Mr. Shun-Tian Fan in 1975 and is the only high-end domestic control valve maker emphasizing 100 percent made-in-Taiwan production, marketed globally under the JDV brand. Its products serve petrochemical, refinery, power plant, textile, steel, optical, semiconductor, and paper industries.

The company positions itself as a solution provider for severe applications, with products engineered for cryogenic service down to -196 degrees Celsius, temperatures up to 800 degrees Celsius, and pressure resistance up to class 2500.
