Wanheng Fluid

Jiangsu Wanheng is a casting and machining group supplying complete casting solutions for high-end equipment components worldwide. The founding enterprise, Jiangsu Wanheng Castings, dates to 1986, while Jiangsu Wanheng New Materials Technology was established in 2020; together they operate four plants covering 345,000 square meters with more than 1,400 employees, including 140 technical personnel and 19 senior engineers.

Annual capacity reaches 48,000 tons, split between 20,000 tons of investment castings and 28,000 tons of sand castings, with single pieces up to 15 tons. Steel castings serve gate, globe, check, ball, butterfly, safety, and control valves, plus pumps, steam turbines, and construction machinery, in sizes from DN20 to 1250 and pressure classes 150 to 4500 LB, in carbon, alloy, stainless, duplex, Monel, Hastelloy, and Inconel grades.

Certifications include ISO 9001, TUV PED, ASME nuclear material, NORSOK M650, API 20A, BV, CCS, and ISO/IEC 17025, with a national nuclear grade one valve casting license; products export to the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
