Lohse, now part of the K Industries group following its acquisition by K Industries - ALTHAMMER GmbH, is a German manufacturer of valves and machinery supplied under the Made in Germany label. Its valve programme covers gate valves, regulating valves, reject valves, sluices, rotation brakes, dampers, ball valves, sampling valves, check valves, drive elements and accessories, with COMPACT and reject valves produced entirely in Germany.

Applications span paper and fibre stock, granulates, powders, paints, dusts, viscous and thin media, water and wastewater, food, steam, bulk solids and biowaste. The machinery division, Maschinenbau Lohse GmbH, serves the paper, chemical and waste disposal industries as a partner known for high production quality and individual solutions, offering paper technology, biomass waste treatment technology and contract manufacturing, supported by spare parts, repairs, test installations and process optimisation services for stock preparation.
