MONTERO, MONTERO FYE S.A., is an independent family company near Bilbao in northern Spain that has manufactured sealing and thermal insulation products with its own technology since 1893. Its product lines include BELPA gasket sheets in compressed non-asbestos, expanded mineral graphite, mica and PTFE materials, MONTERO mechanical packings for pumps, valves and other equipment, BELPAFLEX expansion joints, and BARLAN insulating products, technical textiles and high temperature boards, together with a broad range of sealing, insulation and industrial maintenance solutions.

The company supplies customers in more than fifty countries across five continents, mainly in Europe, Asia and America, and exports close to half of its turnover, supported by a continually expanding network of specialized distributors.
