Murai Suisen

Murai Suisen Seisakusho Co., Ltd. is a Japanese manufacturer of water supply and drainage fixtures based in Ikuno-ku, Osaka. Founded in 1948 as Murai Valve Works and incorporated in 1953, the company supports public facilities and infrastructure through the manufacture of plumbing equipment, including shut-off caps, valves and precision machined metal parts.

Murai Suisen maintains a flexible production system that handles everything from small-lot prototypes to OEM manufacturing, responding to customer requests for custom parts with proven craftsmanship. The company earned Osaka Prefecture designation as a factory in 1960 and Osaka City Waterworks designation in 1964, certification as a Japan Water Works Association inspection factory in 1980 and JET water fixture certification in 2017, and received the Osaka Monodzukuri Excellent Company Award in the intellectual property category in 2019. With 18 employees, it accepts orders from across Japan.
