Niton Valve Industries Private Limited, marketed as Niton/Valvinox, is an Indian valve manufacturer established in 1978 by founder V.R. Shariff, known in the industry as the Valve-Man of India. From an initial 400 sq. ft. workshop the company has expanded into a 450,000 sq. ft. facility with five production plants in India and one international plant in Milan, Italy.

Its product range includes Y-type globe valves, gate valves, cryogenic gate valves, through-conduit gate valves and top-entry ball valves. Niton valves are applied across oil, refineries, petrochemicals, power, offshore platforms, fertilizer and gas projects, supported by extensive industry knowledge of complex applications. With a legacy spanning almost half a century and a clientele across the globe, the company emphasizes innovative design, manufacturing excellence and a customer-centric approach to quality products.
