Okazaki Manufacturing Company

Okazaki Manufacturing Company is a Japanese comprehensive manufacturer of temperature measurement and heating products, founded in 1954. Initially a trading company importing thermocouples and bimetal products from the United States, it transformed into a manufacturer of temperature sensors and industrial heaters, developing its business around MI cable as a core technology for measuring temperature and generating heat.

Its product range includes thermocouples, resistance thermometers, protection tubes, electric heaters, MI cable and maintenance services, plus special specifications such as cryogenic sensors and corrosion-resistant sheathed thermocouples. The company operates 16 sales offices across Japan, four domestic factories and overseas subsidiaries including ARi Industries in the United States, acquired in 1980, OMC UK for Europe and the Middle East, and a sheath plant in Taiwan, with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification across its domestic sites.
