OMEL Bombas e Compressores is a Brazilian pioneer in pumping and fluid control technology, active since 1952 and based in Guarulhos, Sao Paulo, recognized for the design and manufacturing quality of its pumps and special systems.

Its product line includes API and ANSI standard centrifugal pumps, liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors, piston and diaphragm metering pumps, Roots-type blowers, rotameters and flowmeters, pinch and diaphragm valves and vacuum systems, many of them customized. These solutions serve general industry, pulp and paper, mining and steelmaking, oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical plants, sanitation, food, sugar and ethanol, beverages, ceramics and the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. OMEL also provides complete engineering for vacuum systems, original spare parts and technical assistance under the principle of having pumps repaired by their manufacturer, and employs 201 to 500 people.
