Osaka Vacuum, Ltd. is a Japanese vacuum equipment manufacturer with more than 75 years of history. Founded in 1950 with the production and sale of oil rotary vacuum pumps, the company led its industry by marketing turbo molecular pumps from 1971 and has since developed world-first innovations, including compound molecular pumps, among the largest turbo molecular pumps, and magnetically levitated compound molecular pumps for ultrahigh vacuum.
