Safetech

Safetech (SAFETECH SLU) is a Spanish expansion joint manufacturer founded in 1957 and based in Idiazabal, Gipuzkoa, in the Basque Country. With more than 65 years of experience and some 20,000 multinational projects, the company specializes in the design and fabrication of custom-made rubber, metal and textile expansion joints that relieve stress in piping and duct systems caused by temperature variations, vibrations and movements.

Rubber expansion joints are offered from DN25 to DN3600 with one to four arches and temperatures up to 150 degrees C, while metallic bellows, single or double, serve high temperature, high pressure and aggressive fluid applications up to DN6000. Textile expansion joints, built in single or multilayer constructions with glass, silica, ceramic and other technical fibres, absorb vibrations and thermal movements in duct systems at temperatures up to 1,000 degrees C.
