Schubert & Salzer

Schubert & Salzer is a German family-owned industrial group celebrating 140 years since its founding in Chemnitz. Under the holding company, more than 150 employees generate over 50 million euros in annual revenue through two operating businesses: Schubert & Salzer Control Systems GmbH for innovative valve technology and Schubert & Salzer Data GmbH for ERP software developed for the SME sector.

The Control Systems business produces valve technology found throughout the process industries wherever liquid and gaseous media must be regulated — its portfolio is known for pinch valves and globe control valves with precision positioning for chemical, pharmaceutical, water and general process applications. A network of more than 45 sales partners distributes the group's products internationally, and the company maintains a long-term orientation focused on sustainable family ownership rather than short-term profit optimization, a philosophy engraved in the bell of the historic Schubert & Salzer tower.
