Shri Balaji Valve Components Ltd. is a Pune-based Indian manufacturer of customized valve components, offering a one-stop solution for valve assembly needs with more than 30 years of machining experience. The company produces balls, shafts, stems, bonnets, flanges, seat rings, trunnion plates, discs, retainer rings, sleeves and related parts for ball, butterfly and gate valves, alongside closed die forging products.

Its Pune facilities house over 200 highly advanced machines and are guided by a team of more than 250 engineers, with end-to-end processes certified to ISO 9001:2015. The forging and heat treatment facilities are PED certified, covering annealing, solution annealing, age hardening, quenching and tempering, while machining capability includes CNC vertical turret lathes, VMCs and special purpose machines. Quality control is supported by Trimos and 2D Master inspection tools, and the company reports 95% on-time delivery of high quality custom products.
