Sistag Maschinenfabrik Sidler Stalder AG is a Swiss family-owned valve manufacturer that has set standards in the valve industry since 1964, building on a mechanical workshop founded by Johann Sidler in Eschenbach in 1908. Its internationally registered WEY trademark dates to 1975, complemented by Wey Valve Inc. in Nettleton, Mississippi since 1987 and Sistag GmbH in Muggensturm, Germany since 1997.

Isolation valves are the company's core expertise: knife gate valves, butterfly and check valves and water control gates, engineered and manufactured with Swiss precision for durability in mining, pulp and paper, food and beverage, wastewater treatment and biogas and chemical plants worldwide. Sistag emphasizes quality audited by external organizations, develops solutions with customers from first conversation through installation, and supports careers through apprenticeship programs, with the Hall 100 facility expansion adding 1,420 square meters of production and storage capacity.
