Sofis is a manufacturer of valve operation systems, including mechanical valve interlocks, portable valve actuators, valve position indicators, remote valve operators and valve lockout products. Headquartered in Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands, the company is the world's largest interlock manufacturer, providing bespoke design solutions that protect people and property throughout the world.

Founded in 2016 and employing between 51 and 200 people, Sofis operates from locations in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States and India. Its smart valve solutions improve process and operator safety, supported by installed base surveys and preventive maintenance programs. Sofis is part of Halma PLC, a market leader in specialist safety, health and environmental technologies registered on the London Stock Exchange, and primarily serves the oil and gas sector with the aim of a cleaner and safer world.
