Anhui Solid Foundry, a member of the Sanlian Pump Group, has cast high-grade components in Hexian, Ma'anshan since 1992. A 200-million-yuan expansion finished in 2015 brought 60,000 square meters of workshops and an annual capacity of 50,000 tons, spanning furan and alkaline-phenolic resin sand lines, silica-sol investment casting with low- and medium-temperature wax, and 3D-printed moulding. The plant pours valve bodies and pump parts alongside beds for machine tools, reducers and construction machinery, supported by MAGMA solidification simulation, spectrometers and full UT, PT and MT non-destructive testing. A national high-tech enterprise, it has supplied the Lianyungang petrochemical base, Shanghai's urban water network and the Jingtai Yellow River irrigation project.
