SOMEFLU

SOMEFLU is a French manufacturer of corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps, founded in 1962 and based in Courtry, Seine-et-Marne, where a new 3,700 square meter plant was handed over in 2026. The company masters two pump constructions, solid polymer and stainless steel, for transferring corrosive and abrasive fluids at temperatures from -70 C to 180 C and flow rates up to 1,500 cubic meters per hour.

Its product range includes plastic process pumps, plastic close-coupled pumps, plastic mag-drive pumps and vertical plastic pumps, serving markets such as sea water, mining, metallurgy, chemical, environment and other industries. SOMEFLU's quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, and the company invests in training and Industry 4.0 initiatives while maintaining long-term partnerships, including cooperation with Tapflo Poland and the French pump manufacturer Chabot, and serving as a historic partner of the Nausicaa aquarium.
