Toa Valve Engineering Co., Ltd. (TVE) is a Japanese speciality manufacturer of made-to-order valves, tracing its origins to March 1922 as Ohta Industrial Trading Company and later Toa Valve Co., Ltd. The company connects the world and supports society through consistent capabilities from design, casting, and manufacturing to maintenance, delivering one-of-a-kind products able to withstand every condition with world-class technology.

Its lineup includes globe valves, gate valves, check valves, safety and relief valves, and special valves for nuclear power, thermal power including IPP and private generation, petroleum, petrochemical, LNG and other plants, and ships. TVE delivered Japan's first domestically produced main steam stop valve in 1962 and the first domestically produced pressurizer safety valve for a PWR plant in 1973, and supplied valves to Japan's earliest commercial nuclear power plants. Certified to ISO 9001 across valve manufacturing, maintenance, and steel casting, the company operates overseas units such as TOA VALVE OVERSEAS in Singapore and formed a business alliance with Kitz Corporation in 2016.
