Vana Sanayi

Vana Sanayi, marketing its products under the VANASAN name, is a Turkish manufacturer of heavy duty cast and forged steel valves, producing for industry since 1979. Its cast steel range covers gate, globe, check, ball and plug valves together with basket and Y type strainers, offered in pressure classes from ASA 150 upward, while the forged steel program includes gate, globe, check and ball valves in classes such as ASA 800, 1500 and 2500 and PN 10 to PN 100 ratings.

The company also supplies DIN standard fittings in threaded and socket welding executions, and publishes technical reference material covering figure numbers, minimum wall thicknesses and pressure temperature ratings. Its program addresses gate valves for low pressure drop duty, ball and plug valves for quarter turn isolation, check valves against reverse flow, globe valves for throttling applications, and diaphragm valves, supported by published certificates and customer references.
