Vimec

Vimec Group Italia Srl is an Italian valve manufacturer continuing the Vimec Valves trademark founded in 1967 in Opera, Milan, by Ernesto Pighetti as a craft company producing machined components. Industrial valve manufacturing began in 1985, and in 2018 the newly established Vimec Group Italia Srl acquired the trademark and exclusive global manufacturing rights, setting up a manufacturing facility in Bolgare in the Bergamo area, with investment in design, machinery and ERP systems.

Its product program includes integral, modular and compact double block and bleed valves, floating and trunnion mounted ball valves, top entry ball valves, metal seated ball valves, needle and monoflange instrumentation, manifolds, cast and forged steel gate, globe and check valves, dual plate check valves, and concentric and high performance butterfly valves. Products serve oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical and power plant applications, supported by quality assurance, approvals and supply references.
