Yangzhou Shuangliang Valve Co., Ltd. traces its origins to the Yangzhou Valve Factory, founded in 1951 as a state medium-sized enterprise and designated valve manufacturer for the former Ministry of Machinery Industry and Ministry of Chemical Industry; it was restructured into Yangzhou Shuangliang Valve in 2005. The company produces medium, high and low pressure valves in more than 200 series and over 5,000 specifications, with pressure ratings from PN0.6 to 63.0 MPa and diameters from DN3 to 2000 mm.

Product families include gate, globe, steam trap, safety, check, ball, throttle and butterfly valves, high-temperature high-pressure power station valves, condensate recovery units, breather valves and nuclear and nuclear-chemical valves in carbon steel, stainless and chrome-molybdenum steels. Applications span petroleum, chemical, fertiliser, textile, power, metallurgy, boiler and nuclear industries, with exports to Southeast Asia, South America and Australia. Certifications include ISO 9001 through ABS (1999), API 6D (2000), the TS special equipment license (2005) and ISO 14001 (2007); the company hosts the Jiangsu safety valve calibration station and produces 6,000 tons annually.
